Register Your Pet

Register with us
Registering your pet with us is free and easy
Simply fill in the form below and we’ll do the rest. Once your application has been processed, a member of the Team will contact you to arrange an appointment with one of our nurses to complete your registration. We aim to respond within three working days, but during weekends and busy periods this could take slightly longer; we thank you for your patience.
Important Notice
Due to an increase in pet ownership and a greater demand for our services, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to reduce our catchment area and also limit the number of new registrations that we are able to accept each month. This is to ensure we can always provide the care that our patients need if they are injured or unwell. Therefore, on occasion, we may need to pause new registrations and create a waiting list, if this is the case we will let you know. We strongly recommend that you register your pet as soon as possible rather than waiting until your pet requires veterinary care. We thank you for your understanding.
