Emergencies when we’re open

We will see to any emergencies during consultation hours.

It is important that you call the surgery first on 01303 227179. This is so we can provide you with important advice and to ensure a vet or a nurse is on stand-by for when you arrive at our surgery. Veterinary surgeons are not always in attendance outside consultation times, so taking a moment to let us know you are on the way could save critical time.

Emergencies when we’re closed

If you require emergency advice or assistance when our clinic is closed, we have partnered with Vets Now who specialise in providing a dedicated emergency out of hours service.

Simply call our surgery on 01303 227179 and if our reception is closed, your call will be transferred to Vets Now.

If you require Out of Hours assistance, simply call 01303 227 179.
If our reception is closed, you will be transferred to Vets Nows, so you can speak to a member of their team.

Vets Now have been operating dedicated out of hours emergency clinics around the UK for many years.

The Vets Now clinic is staffed by highly experienced vets and nurses specially trained in dealing with emergencies who only work Out of Hours.
