We will see to any emergency during our normal opening hours. Please always call us first 01303 227179 so we can ensure a vet and a nurse is on stand-by and waiting for you to arrive at our surgery. Spending a moment to let us know you are on the way could save critical time when you arrive.

Emergencies when we're closed

If you require emergency advice or assistance when our clinic is closed, we have partnered with Vets Now who specialise in providing a dedicated emergency out of hours service. Simply call our surgery on 01303 227179 and if our reception is closed, your call will be transferred to Vets Now.

Vets Now have been operating dedicated out of hours emergency clinics around the UK for many years. The Vets Now clinic is staffed by highly experienced vets and nurses specially trained in dealing with emergencies who only work Out of Hours. If you are concerned about your pet or simply need some advice over the phone, they are there for you no matter what time of the night or day so please do not hesitate to call them.
